Project Description:

What I need done:
- I need a website developed in a combination of ASP.NET 3.5 (VB only) and WCF Services. A more detailed specification can be found attached. It is not the full spec (as it is confidential) but it is extremely similar and it will give you a very good idea of what the whole thing is all about.


What I already have versus what the provider will build:
- NO web design is required.


Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
-Daily communication, code review and monitoring is essential and it can happen either via skype or telephone.
- You should also be willing to accept 95% of payment on delivery, as I have been "burnt" in the past by the promises of various programmers and suppliers. Sorry, but I do not intend have the same problems again.
- This is a serious project for me and I will expect professionalism and punctuality. Exceeding expectations will also be rewarded accordingly.
- I am not prepared to spend more than $1900 for the perfect implementation.
- You can expect full involvement with myself and continuous feedback and assistance. I will always be there to answer questions and provide direction if required.


Specific expertise that I am seeking:
- You should have experience developing scalable web application, with search engine optimisation and performance in mind.


Timeframe for delivery:
- I need to have this up and running within 2 months.
