Small Jobs for existing site--Gift certificate, integrate mail script with contact us & appointment (similar) forms & shopping cart with gateway.

Site is built in ASP.Net hosted in windows environment. Have a sample OSCommerce shopping cart deployed, which needs customization of layout & DB and integration with gateway (API provided) of payments processor.

Need done in shortest amount of time on shoestring budget. U must be able to iterate on layout changes & some minor site work (fixing/adding somethg,etc.), if needed. ABSOLUTE SHOESTRING BUDGET!!
