Project Description:

I would like to get a quote on a partial clone of http://bannermakersite.com . In particular I want the ability to create an online flash banner (see http://bannermakersite.com/size_selector.jsp)
and to edit an existing flash banner template
(see http://bannermakersite.com/template_category_selector.jsp).
- There will only be one size banner to create (not multiple sizes as per bannermakersite.com)
- No banner costing on website needed (as per top left hand corner of bannermakersite.com)
- User should be able to upload a photo(s)/picture(s) to include in the banner they create.
- User should be able to change text size, font, background, colours etc..
- Basic animation/transition effects.
- The created banner should be saved as a swf file on the web server, not emailed to the user.

If you can provide a demo of a similar system, please do. Budget is only an estimate. Please respond if budget is not realistic.

This is also what I am after. The ability to have some templates on the website, where the user can modify some text and maybe graphics. Once they have made the changes, a new flsh (swf) is created.
