I need a utility that can fetch the mailing lists of groups I select on Ya-hoo Groups (formerly Egroups)

For most groups only group owner (creators) and administrators can see the members' full email address. This is part of Y! Groups measures to prevent unsolicited mailing. The tool I want will need to bypass this protection and fetch the mailing lists of my desired groups without me being the creator or administrator or even a member of those groups
