Hi Biders.

I'm looking to get a Website Application Control Panel for Administrator and Users for WINDOWS MEDIA SERVICES with the next requirements:

ADMINISTRATOR (CONTROL PANEL FOR ADMIN)
Main webpage must have two frames. Left frame show all tools, right frame (main) information.

Left frame with the next tools:
- Create Publishing Point
+ publishing point
+ Max. Listeners
+ Max. Bitrate

- Edit Publishing Point
- List Publishing Point
- Delete Publishing Point
- Stats per account (max. per day and per month)

Must have pull option too.

USER CONTROL PANEL (CONTROL PANEL FOR EACH PUBLISHING POINT)

Two frames, left frame account information:
- Home - link -
- Publishing point
- Server IP
- Username/Password (its the same for all accounts)
- Listener limit
- Bitrate limit
- Manuals
- Play, Stop, Re-start publishing point

Right Frame - two frames one up showing first two tool (see bellow) and down frame showing statistics in real time.
- Embed player (audio or video)
- Player link (download .asx file and code to paste in a webpage)
- Live listener Statistics (Live and per month) - GEO Stats with Google maps - must show total listeners, per country, per ip, per time listen all in real time - Per month must show top ten listener countries, with pie chart.

Must be installed in Windows Server 2003 and 2008 Std.
Must be done spanish language.
Must include installer application also
