First of all, the max budget is $30.

What is needed in this flash movie modification project?:

- You need to make one part of the flash site to be dynamic and retrieve texts and links from a .xml file or .txt file.
- The text displayed in flash need to be separated in two sections: upcoming events and past events.
- three files need to be changed for the three languages, but they will load the same external text.
- Each entry needs to have this structure:
Event, Location and Date.
Event is in bold text.
Location is in italic text
Date is in normal text
Sometime, a link can be available on the Event. If it's the case, the link needs to be in a specific red color and target in a blank window.
