We currently have a web based time and expense entry application and we need need a local iphone install that can enter time and expenses against projects that are contained in a sql database, and write these entries back into the sql database and also handle approvals for managers...

We have no idea how much work this will be, but please bid what you think it would be?

Phase 2 will be the same on blackberry
