Need a politically confederative programmer who believes in the US Constitution and who does not agree with the "state" of the United States

Looking for a Joint Venture Relationship with Residual Revenue***

We have 4 advertisers with an Alexa rankings of 2,500 who desire to market this immediately

Blueprints are developed need an experienced programmer

Program will take persons info and associate it with their elected officials.
We generate a uniquely spun letter (nesting is important) that will get emailed via online form to each of their officials.

3 other such modules will be included; one for the media, lobbyists, 3rd party associations

***Subscribers will pay a monthly $9.95 fee and programmer will receive a portion of each and every subscriber
We believe we will have 100k+ subscribers within 6 months...other programs (there really are none) but the closest examples subscribers are paying a monthly fee of $4.95 to $99.95 and do nothing. They are just a feel good campaign, this has teeth.
