I need a Windows Virtual Audio Driver (WDM) that captures from the microphone-in and wave-out, does Acoustic Echo Cancellation based on Windows AEC Filter on Microphone-in and provides a microphone-out pin as a virtual audio device.for details see this link :

I need this functionality implemented as a virtual audio driver, where the virtual audio device can be used with all desktop application including flash/air apps.
Additional Project Description:

I have done some research on google and found nothing that will serve my purpose. I have posted a document as attachment to the this project to give more information about the purpose and design considerations for this project.
Please send me a link if you find any third party driver/app that does something similar to what i want.

Have you tried looking at the VAC software/driver ... google Virtual Audio Driver for windows and you might be cheaper using this.
