whmcs retrieve invoice/order data from xml

Project Description:

We need someone to alter whmcs
What we want: A monthly invoice with two amounts on it, both retrieved from the xml interface.
The invoice must represent two products wich will be already created in whmcs, the amounts must be correctly addes to the right product on the invoice.
We have some of the php scripts already but its for a different service, it does however make the rigt kind of request.

A montly cronjob will invoke the action, we will add a custom field to some customers and if this field is not empty
the script must use the number in this field to do a request to the xml server.
The number bein gthe user account on the xml server.


The end goal:
A script wich automaticly creates a invoice for whmcs customers wich have a certain id in a customfield.
with two amounts retrieved from the xml server.
The two amounts must be for two existing products in whmcs, only the amount will beretrieved (the xml i nterface specifies for wicg product the amount is)

We want a programmer with knowledge of php, mysql and whmcs. Since we have had a bad experience with persons not finishing a job and starting a dispute afterwards we dont do escrow anymore. (i can show proof that he just not finished and did not ever replie anymnore)

If your script works we will pay u. We will setup an test account on our side wich has acces to the xml server and a whmcs test account with the rigt custom field.
