I need somebody to check over a rar file for viruses/trojans/keyloggers and tell me if it is safe to use without any harm.If the checking for the rar file is too expensive, then ill need someone to just check one single .dll file without a source code (hex edited)

1) How big is the .rar file?
2) Is it password protected
3) a single .rar file or a set of .rar file
4) do you need a program/script to be coded to check for virus?
5) Do you have any anti virus installed?
6) why/How Do you know/aware/suspect it is infected?
7) Your OS, which OS you use?

and checking the rar file is not expensive. we dont have to extract the contents to scan it, anti virus does it all itself.
