Project Description:

I need a script that needs to be implemented into a asp page which will do the following (If it's Visual Basic then I can also use it as standalone ) :

- Create an user into Active Directory and select the OU where the user will be created based on the department.
The person creating the new user will input First Name , Middle Name , Last name , User logon name and the password for the user)
The department will be a dropdown box with department name and the script must choose the correct OU based on location given in the code.
The script will check if the entered USER LOGON NAME exists so we don't try to create duplicates.

- Create a folder on a specified server and set NTFS permissions on the folder (Server path will be available into a dropdown box)

The account creator should be able to choose if a mailbox is needed for the newly created user and if so :
- Create the users mailbox into an Exchange 2010 environment with multiple databases ( Database choice must eb available on a dropdown box and the database choice must be pulled out of the exchange environment).
The user alias on exchange must be set to its "User Logon Name".


- Set the user logon script on the user profile ( Choice of logon scripts will be available on a dropdown box)

Project is do be delivered as a finished product with a fully functional DOCUMENTED source code so I can make changes later.

Domain it's a windows 2003 domain but with Windows 2008 DC's available and the script / code would target one of this servers.

The ASP page will run on a separate domain member server , if a VB project it will have to run on any client machine.

I am not a programmer and I almost did all the script myself in parts so I don't think this is a hard task so I think the amounts you guys are asking are a bit overpriced.
