Project Description:

Our company would like an all in 1 package developed to handle all our daily duties for export.

The system must be programmed to work on Windows 7 and below, and must be able to work on Chinese and English Windows OS. We will provide a list of Chinese strings so that user can set language in GUI interface so both native English and Chinese user can use the system. It must have the following functions:

1) Contracts - System must take user input and generate a contract between our company and manufacturer. Generated contract must be in PDF and must be modifiable at later date. All entry must be stored in database and all corrections also.

2) Quotations - System must take user input and details from product database to create a quotation based on additional user input. Must be generated as PDF and must store details in database for future modification. Modifications must also be stored.

3) Commercial Invoice - System must take information from quotation and translate to commercial invoice. Also must be modifiable and then generated as PDF.

4) Packing List - System must take information from commercial invoice and user input to generate packing list.

5) Container Sheets - System must be able to generate a container sheet which stores all details of upcoming and confirmed containers booked. This includes details like prod code, product name, quantity, price, how much deposit paid. This should user to select which products are grouped and linked to which supplier, as deposits are paid bulk to each supplier.

6) Monthy / Yearly Sales Report - System must be able to produce a monthly or yearly report of total sales for the period including all details of sales.

7) Product Lookup - User must be able to search through products, modify product details, sort by price, and last purchase price and lowest purchase price must also be searchable for each product.

8) Supplier List - Must be able to take user input and store supplier contact details, and must be modifiable. This will be linked to commercial invoice system, container sheet system, quotation system etc.

9) Contact List - Same as above list however doesn't need to be linked to other systems, and simply contains contact information of Non-suppliers.

10) User List - Administrator must be able to create user list, so certain users only have access to certain functions.

11) Container Sheet, Product, Quotations, Contacts, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List functions must all have the ability to attach additional photos.
