Sorry, I don't know how to categorize this project

The purpose of this project is to code a way to show my live search engine rankings on my website. I am interested in the top 10 results (page 1) for Yahoo, Bing, and Google.

I will be displaying the results on my site and would also like to be able to compare my rankings with the rankings of my competitors.

Also it would be nice to display the local monthly search volume for each of these keywords. And to paginate the rankings if there are more than 10 keywords that meet the criteria

I don't know how to even begin to code something like this, but I imagine it involves checking into the API's of the search engines

Although I have already tried to find one with no success,
if there is a website that can provide this service, I can provide a finder's fee if you can point me in the right direction.
