  Jomsocial uses flowplayer. Longtailvideo explains their api for their adsolutions on their site.
  You would just need to make a replacement version using ova for flowplayer here: http://www.longtailvideo.com/support/open-video-ads/ova-for-flowplayer
  And then hook up it to the admin in jomsocial video section to insert longtailvideo's adsolution 15 digit code to render streaming ads to the player. Of course all the functions http://www.longtailvideo.com/adsolution/demos/

  I am also using jomsocial 1.8.5
  Any competent programmer should be able to do this in 1-2 days and I'm willing to pay $100 max to get it done.
  Need copy of jomsocial, I can provide for integration.

  This should be a entirely new component. And a few modules and plugin to display videos in content also.
