Project Description:

BACKGROUND:
Established Australian cleaning company wants to start off web strategy by ranking 20 Australian websites over a 6 month period and attract more business.

This project will be awarded to an individual/company that proves to us that they can get the job done and done right the first time.

In your proposal please explain in detail how your going to accomplish this task and please tell us of your experience/success you have had.



PROJECT DETAILS:
-We have 20 websites that will need SEO in the "commercial cleaning", "office cleaning", "cleaning services" industry
-10 of the websites have new domains & not indexed by Google and other 10 have been indexed for longer than 3 months
-We need at least 1 google Map presence from each website to be found when typing in any of the 25 keywords for each website
-For every additional google map presence a %1 commission will be paid as a once off commission
-Each website will have 5 generic keyphrases such as:
"office cleaning" with 20 easy to rank for long tail keyphrases such as
"office cleaning port melbourne"
-Success of project is measured in rankings
-The websites are basic static, HTML based sites with easy access
-Most of the websites have keyword rich domain names and will rank quickly



ONGOING WORK:
-We will require experienced SEO programmers that will be able to rank quickly so you can move on to next major project in different industry
-Ongoing work is a very high possibility for ethical programmer



PAY DETAILS:
-We will pay a 7.5% initial deposit and pay every month upon receiving monthly activity work & ranking report
-There are 500 keywords (20 websites X 25 keywords = 500 keywords)
-We require 40% (200 keywords)to rank page 1 (including at least 1 x google maps listing for each website)within 6 to 9 months - the quicker you rank the quicker you get paid
-Once 40% of the keywords in each website rank on google.com.au page 1. We will pay you 5% of the whole project value for each website accomplished

*Links must be permanent, static html links
*Manual submitted text links only, with supplied key phrase/text.
*ABSOLUTELY NO link exchange programs or web rings.
*Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and link
*Must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
*Active sites only, no construction sites.
*One link per domain / Class C IP
*No paid traffic/payment sites.
*No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics.
*Google guidelines for building links must be followed and no way should be compromised.
*No black-hat tactics. No blacklisted or Spam sites or spamming techniques. No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal or hate-based sites.
*No hidden, cloaked, or redirected in any way
*Links must be on pages with 25 outbound links at most.
*Links should not be listed, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted
*Links must be relevant.
*Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider.

We will require an excel report with the following project.
- Site Title
- Site URL
- Site PR
- URL of page with link
- URL Page PR
- Anchor Text
- Date Submitted
- Date Accepted

Please provide us an example of your work. (i. e. one of your sites, similar work with an actual traffic and ranking report, and a few incoming links for that project you developed).
-References to similar successfully completed projects to indicate your work quality.
