Hello.
I have this site, it's like Craigslist - in regards to the subdomain architecture...but each subdomain will be named after a college, and in it - there'll be it's own PHPbb Forum.
there'll be a list of 220 major US cities, under each list will be another drop-down list of the colleges located in that city.
Basically, this job is to:
INstall a lot of forums, the theme, adsense code, and create the homepage - which is basically a text directory linking to each college forum/subdomain.
LOWest bid wins.
DAILY, open communication is a must - if you're a poor communicator...don't bother bidding.
