Project Description:

I require a creative person to design and build a real Estate site covering Europe and parts of Asia. complete with Administration/database that will include country/ area locater /property type/ add/take away properties by ourselves/ separate add property by client/ Email alert that will send out new listings to clients if that property fits there criteria, The site will need to include a multi lingual function IE Eng /Spanish/German/Dutch/. We will require complete control of the admin area that will include all the functions we require (this can be cloned)
Part of the front page will display a map or drop function, this will give selected countries we work with highlighted ,If the client requires details on that country and area they will also have that facility .ie why Invest here etc

There will also be functions for

BUY/ RENT, SELL,/./HOW TO PURCHASE/ LEGAL/ WHO ARE WE/ INVESTMENT/ MORTGAGE/ MAPS ETC . Example :When pointer is placed on BUY this will gives options. COUNTRY / NEW. / RESALE / RENTAL/ .OFF PLAN./ INLAND/

I very much want the site to be simler to www.propertyshowrooms.com and http://www.knightknox.com/ the site will also have a function for video ie Utube
Please!! Do not just glance at these sites look around and get the feel of them as this is what we want the site to be on par with.


If you are not Creative with the care and ability for design work ,Have Advanced knowledge of Adobe photo shop Adobe Illustrator XHTML, Macromedia Dreamweaver,Macromedia or do not have any projects for us to view please lets not waste each others time !!

All monies will be held in Escrow account until we see results !
