What I need is an extention to myself! I do not have time to do everything and need someone whom I can depend on who is not going to rebid all these projects out but could do all the work professionally in a timely manner and be self managing and assistant for me.

PROJECT:
Looking for a perminant "Go To Project Manager" who will be able to put in time on keeping our site on the cutting edge of what the internet has to offer in graphic arts, appearance, write ups, animation, banners, and over all webdesign. Must be a sort of master to all areas of web design and SEO is a must as the site is worked on! I want to see our pages showing no lower than the top 10 positions when searched.

As an example, for this week I may ask you to redesign our home page site http://www.oceanproaquatics.com/about.htm which you can see has a nice look to it (I think) but many more images need to be placed in for our customers to view, there are several hyper links there I simply never got the time to get around to write up and I don't want to be asked continuesly to write up the articles otherwise I could just ftp it myself. I of course would provide all the information about what we do however and you would just need very good English skills to write up well written articles about us. Insert pictures and photos to really boast our company and make it appear to be one of the largest on the market that everyone would in their minds not hesitate to do business with over any of our competitors.

I would provide a number of competitors listings so you could compare what they do and how they advertise so you could figure out ways to do the same or better.

If for instance we see a company is offering a defered payment plan through a third party company such as BillMeLater.com, than you would bring this to my attention to open an account and you would set up the advertisement in a professional manner all over the site where applicable.

A database of fish and coral, their names and living conditions such as seen here http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?pCatId=577 should be created for all of our ads which we have close to half a million in our database! It would have to be a unique design of course so we aren't accused of stealing from them their format but you could use similar information, just in a better looking form which hobbyists would appreciate to visit.

On some products, some nice flash animation pages such as this link http://www.aquaticstyle.com.sg/index2.html if you scroll to the bottom of this link where in flash it shows tanks on a variety of walls for the viewers imagination encouraging the sale.

Maybe I would like a single page which is created to specialize in custom quotes via a database like I've started working on here and could use some help working on getting this up and running http://buildmyaquarium.com/ . This is already built and connected to the same database in my main center on oceanproaquatics.com but once again, I have little time to do everything.

BID PROCESS:
I would provide ideas as I come across them and I'd like to hear any ideas you had as we work together. This would be a long term project so I'm up for suggestions on how to do this? I normally just get bids for each project but because these are multitudes of projects and some which havn't even been thought of as of yet, I'd like to know on a basis of a bid per 50 hours of work at a time, how much would you charge for each 50 hours of work to do miscellaneous work like this as listed above and act as my personal project manager. I would just pay every time you reached either the end of a project or at the end of each 50 hours worked.
