Project Description:

1. We have recently re-designed our website solarsunlite.com and this has been uploaded onto the server within the last 4 weeks. Apart from our homepage, which is listed on the Yahoo directory, we are not aware of any other pages being listed in the search engines. We are looking for someone to optimise our website professionally and to guarantee that once optimised and submitted, all of our pages will be listed in the main search engines including Google and Yahoo within a few days of submission PR7+

2. SEO & Online Marketing:

We would like to check the current optimisation of our website and to identify all new SEO and online marketing options. The overall target is to dramatically increase the number of visitors and enquiries to maximise the website as an advertising medium for the business and to guarantee top listings on all major search engines including Google and Yahoo. We would like to secure top rankings in all major search engines.

· Identify and create relevant keywords and phrases related to the business (English & Spanish). We have created a comprehensive list of keywords both in English and Spanish and looking for someone to check this in great detail and to include any other search keywords relevant to our business.

· Optimise website for Search Engine submission. (Page names, Meta/Title Tags etc.)

· Submit website to all major search engines.

· Press Release


Activities required:

a. Keyword Analysis & Target Market

We will provide a list of key words to be used and you will be required to analyse and review the choice of the main keywords for the business in relation to optimising each and every page of the website. It is also important to clearly identify the target market for the businesses products and services.

b. Search Engine Optimisation

· Add keyword specific & optimised Title and Meta & AltaTags to all HTML code for all content pages.
· Optimise page text with bold titles and anchor text/interlinking.
· Add keywords to IMG ALT tags
· Re-name all pages with relevant keywords perhaps re-coding all web pages
· Add robots.txt file to the server
· Create Sitemaps for the search engines.
· Test all aspects with Optimisation tools to ensure the highest level of Search Engine Optimisation

c. Search Engine Submission

· Submit website to Google, Yahoo and all other major search engines (manual submission process. The site is currently being listed in local and business directories in Spain.

d. Press Release

We are looking for an online press release to be created and to be submitted to the 7 main press release websites. The details of the press release websites should be approved by our company beforehand.


We would like to receive your best and final offer for the above.

b. Examples of SEO together with positioning in major search engines for projects undertaken by yourselves
c. Expected timescale for completion of the project.
d. All quotes submitted must be based on a total cost for the whole project and not an hourly figure.
