Medium Term SEO Project

I am looking for a complete SEO Campaign over a period of few months, for tourist agency providing seasonal private accommodation in Croatia, in order to enhance the rank of our site (7 years, PR2), on our core business for keywords/phrases like accommodation in Croatia, private accommodation in Istria, private apartments Istria and other derivatives.

I would like the job is done by an expert, professional team, and I would like to achieve the following:

-Rank in top10 for Google and Yahoo for core keywords/phrases
in different languages, and many derivatives
-Have large amount of permanent links from relevant European
sites in different languages
-Have a fully SE optimized site

I demand that all of SEO is done with "white hat" techniques only, and I would like to have an insight of what has been done trough regular reports.
