Project Description:

Overview: We want to create a portal for SEO/ SEM clients for reporting purposes/ interaction. This is a place where the client can login to update their profile, update billing and most importantly view the progress of their campaign via monthly reports, integrating with Google Analytics, executive summary, next steps...

** Off the shelf solutions would be preferred with your job being to customise it to fit our needs - there is no need to reinvent the wheel! **

Admin
- Can create a new client account as well as sub accounts of the client account. Based on this we can assign permissions to the sub accounts. For example, a sub account might be only able to read and not edit or delete.
- We need the ability to setup additional 10X users and restrict their permissions based on the client. So only the SEO Consultants can see their own projects.
- 10X users can add/ edit/ delete documents and content.
- After a 10X consultant uploads a report/ document a 10X superadmin will get an email notification. The 10X SA can “approve” and the changes will go live. At this point the client will get an auto-alert that their reports are ready to review. If the client does not login after 5 days to view the reports then the client will get an email reminder.
- Create a chat log/ QA section where clients can ask questions.
- Only the SA can view the billing tab.

Client
- Can setup sub-users/ delete users. When they setup sub users they can check which access they have. [View, Add, Edit, Delete...]
- Ability to update the profile and billing section.
- Billing will integrate with a payment gateway.

Documents:
- Can be assigned to a category such as Report, Analytics...
- Sort by most recent
- Auto Archive after calendar year ends.
- The ability to see which user accessed the document last with time stamp.
- Google Analytics are emailed currently each Monday, would be great if we can tie the email to this system and by email verification the analytics would be automatically uploaded to the client account.
