Project Description:
Hi,I am currently working on a fairly complex RoR application.
My skills as graphic designer are far from the best and therefore I need someone to help me with displaying my layouts, views and partials. At this time the focus will be on CSS. Later on some logos and graphic design will be needed, but drawing graphic design skills are not a must for this stage. As the graphic drawing will be treated as a separated project.
All output will have some kind, or even several css styling on it, plus the app itself makes heavy use of ajax helpers
The project may last about couple of months and I assume that an average of 5 hours per week will need to be dedicated to it.
Whoever is bidding needs to:
Be dependable and responsible and true to his/her word
Be fluent in either English or Spanish
Be a master with CSS
Already have an understanding of Rails (and Ruby),
Have some rating on GAF, newbies please abstain,
Be ready to have some real time interaction during daytime at GMT -7 every now and then
drawing graphic design (as opposed to css design) is a plus but not a must
Don't bid with a plain "ready to do it", I won't pay attention to it.
If you are seriously interested in it please post a note explaining:
your availability, experience with Rails, how you plan on helping me, some link to some work,
how much you'll charge and how you want to collect it, (keep in mind that since final results won't be seen until couple of months, I am ok with disbursing weekly payments)
I am not setting a budget because I don't want to force constraints in the way you my want to manage the project,
but I guess that about $50 week may be around what I expect.

Well how generous of you to offer $50 a week for only 5 hours of work. How could you do this? Besides, everyone knows that artists and progammers will work for dog food.

How you plan on helping me: I need more discussion with you to clarify my role here but as per my understanding from given brief, you want someone who will assist you to maintain the design styles and Ajax/javascript of your project. As it is a RoR project, so programmer needs basic understanding of this framework.
How much you'll charge: I will charge you based on the hours consumed by me and my hourly rate is $12/hr
How you want to collect it: I would like to collect it via my PAYPAL account per week.
