Seeking U.S. Based Technical Writers with extensive computer knowledge.

Job: is to produce no fewer than 6,000 short descriptions for computer startup entries. These startup entries correspond to individual computer programs.

Goal: is to compose brief descriptions of each startup entry in such a way as to explain what they are to NON-SAVVY COMPUTER USERS, letting them know…

1. What application the start-up entry is associated with
2. What that application does
3. Whether it is advisable to allow this application to run on startup or not.

There will be no need for provider to do independent research. We will provide the list of start up items, corresponding information on the items, as well as the format for the advisory in number 3. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ HTML OR COMPUTER LANGUAGE.

We will also provide access to a submission medium, namely an easy-to-use online form. The length of each description will be three or fewer sentences. The descriptions must be original with minimal text duplication from description to description.

General Specifications:

• 6,000 brief descriptions of start up entries
• Timeframe is one week. THIS DEADLINE MUST BE MET.
• Range length per description: 2-3 sentences or approx. 50 words
• Job to start immediately

• Grammatically correct and stylistically appropriate prose, providing clear and concise information
• Original content in each description
• All ownership rights (including copyright) will transfer to us upon their submission. Pursuant to this, you (the provider) will agree to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDS) and an Agreement of Confidentiality.
