  As I am familiar with data entry, I am willing to take up the work. As I have mentioned in my bid, it would take about 7 days atleast in completing the work, if there are 10000 - 20000 records to be entered. $ 1.5 per record would be my charge.

  I would like to get more information about this. Is there research involved? Can I get a scanned copy of the booklet so I can see what it is I am going to be dealing with, so I can give you an accurate time frame in which I can finish it in. Also I charge $0.02 per records that I have to file. So that means that it will be costing you $200 out of your pocket.
