Project Description:

Do not worry about making it look nice, I can do that in my own time. I just need a basic page with the fields and controls on it.

The first part is the quote generator. The customer inputs information and the price is generated on the next page. I'll need to be able to add and delete items and also change the prices of the items invovled.

I'll need the pages to be Printable.

When the customer clicks *Submit*, a second page is generated and the price is displayed along with the info collected on the first page. Also there will be more collect fields, and when the submit is pressed on the second page, it emails me a copy of the quote and sends them a thank you

I can make the page look pretty, since I'm pretty good with HTML and graphics. I just need to the backend programmed.
