Need to modify a one deal one day php script and integration

I need someone to modify a few things for me. First of all, i would like to have the option of setting how much the shipping cost would be for each item. An example of the backend can be seen on www.justonlinetoday.com .Secondly i would like payment integration with www.paymate.com and also have another payment option which will be "cash on pickup", if the user selects that option then they are prompted with a number they ring to arrange pickup.
Lastly i would like the look of the site to be changed so that it looks something similar to www.wanta.co.nz/index.html , rather than its current template.
All of these things are fairly simple which i can do myself if i had the time.
