music sites needs re vamp and revenue genrating

we have a music site .co.uk and .com with forum. our sql databases are messed up, but still existing. we need help in moving to the next stage. we want to progress to the following. we need our forum re-vamping to include live streaming,(already working)but linked to shout-cast,i-tunes,and other sites you know the score. we want to go mobi, so thats a bonus.the basics are to sort out the forum sql databases and incorporate all the mess into one.
revenue streams; we need full advertising set up on the sites with revenue streams guaranteed.and not to look messy. we also need revenue from selling our members mixes, which is copyrighted material. so set up of all site development with current owners to generate income.
our data bases probably contain 10,000 plus members, not all of them are active. but we know its a worthwhile project. we generate advertising income already but want to increase it and add to this income stream by adding value to the sites. Ideas are welcome as are partners.we are a small outfit so bids must be low or include some element of trust.
