  Currently I did only one project with magento - youwellness.nl, but I got much experience in it both in programming and setting up features in admin panel.
  My role in youwellness.nl was to create HTML/CSS layout from PSD file and set this layout to frontend. Next I had issues concerning setting up payment/delivery methods (Ideal payment, rembours, conditional shippingcosts rate, ...).
  From time to time I have support issues like adujusting mailtemplates, helping with catalog price rules, importing goods etc.
  
  Please provide more details on your projects, so I can estimate time and price
