This requirement is for a chat application.

This application will be going on an existing website.

The design document and full project details are attached in PDF format. The design document is 12 pages but is mostly pictures. Please read over it carefully.

I understand that everyone needs money, but please do not just say that "you can do this" or "lets get started". I need details from you as to how you plan on accomplishing the project. I also need examples of your previous work. I am not rich and I am looking for an individual programmer that wants to work on something challenging. Payment is in US.
