I need to find some MLM website

For exmaple :
Numis Network is a good size MLM with 65,000 distributor replicated websites. The domain is http://www.numisnetwork.com.
Some replicated website examples are:

http://www.numisnetwork.com/silverteam
http://www.numisnetwork.com/bgosur
http://www.numisnetwork.com/petty
http://www.numisnetwork.com/goldnetworkmarketer

The unique identifier is either a name or phrase.
Not all the sites have phone numbers. You needs to "click" on "Contact" to get the name, phone, etc,

Using the sample data file as a guide, find me sites with phone numbers, and tell me how you found them.
Just going through search engines is easy, but you will only get a fraction of all the sites, because most are not listed.
