iPad picture frame with skype and Flickr intergration

Hi,

I would like a iPad app simular to the MyFrame as seen here: http://www.groundhog.com.au/myframe/

This app must have the same features such as time, date and weather information.


Extra features are:
Photo source - internal directory or from Flickr ...if Flickr is selected, they will need to enter their account details. option to use popular Flickr photos is also available without a login
Add Skype or other Voip accounts.
When the app is running, the Skype account is logged in automatically...the customer can make or receive calls. The customer can set their status if they are 'available' or not....also, they can set the times when they are not available...eg.. between 2300 till 0800

when a call comes through, the picture of the person (from the skype api) pops up..and the option to answer or reject appears.

This app needs take advantage of OS 4 which is multi tasking. When ipad is idle, this app should run instead of screen saver.

you must have good experiance with skype and flickr API

The app must look and feel professional like MyFrame.
