Project Description:

We are currently working on the mobile version of our website. We want to be able to have our users upload images to our webserver and have the image processed by a php script. We want to make sure that users of the Iphone, Android and WebOS based mobile phones can all upload from their phones.

We need someone who can build a universal app on our mobile site that will detect which phone the user is using and create the necessary hooks to be able to upload to our php script from their particular mobile OS.

Each mobile OS has a different way of doing file uploads and we are hoping that we can do direct file uploads without having to create individual apps for each OS that need to be downloaded from the app store. We just want the ability internally from the mobile website, not from an app.
