Hello!
I can implement this using ssh tunnel with routing based on user id(uid).
Faster than ssh-tunnel means other approach, namely VPN (I prefer OpenVPN).
For other details contact me, or repost the project in a way to allow me to place my bid.:)
Regards!

Huum.. Not VPN, because VPN will change all ip address of user.
Is a server linux with various external IP (173.0.0.1;173.0.0.2;...)
I use it for SSH Tunnel, know?
I make Tunnel with PUTTY and with Proxifier and setup what application will be tunned.
Need specify a OUTPUT IP, EXTERNAL
IP, for each user of Linux.
