Project Description:

I am looking for a Flash program similar to MS Paint.
It will need to perform all of the basic paint functions as well as some unique features.

Basic tools should include:
*Canvas (width: 520 height: 400 pixels)
*Pencil
*Brush
*Line
*Curve
*Eraser
*Fill Bucket
*Oval
*Rectangle
*Color Selection (similar to MS paint, with preset and custom color selection)
*Move/Resize
*Text Insert
*Flip Layer (horizontally and vertically)

Additional Features:
*Ability to add .png images to canvas from 2 different folders that
I can continue to add to
*A layered format (just needs to be able to move and resize added images, lines, and shapes)
*Different brush sizes
*Shapes should have option of having filled center
*imported pictures should also be editable

This program will be used to create comic strips frame by frame.
Each frame will be completed individually and take up the entire canvas.

When the first frame is complete, the user should be able to click a "next" button
to add a second frame(which will be a copy of the first), and make changes before
moving on to the third frame(a copy of the second). Up to 6 frames per project

Each frame should be stored separately so that when the user hits "create" each frame
will be inserted into a template. The create button should be able to insert the frames into the appropriate template,
based on the number of frames used, resize and generate a picture with a url on the bottom.

The create button should then become a save button and allow the user to save the image
to their computer as a .jpg image. In addition, after the picture has been "created" their
should be an area to enter a name and a "submit" button that will email the name and
picture to me.

The user should be able to go back to previous frames to edit them without it affecting the
frames coming after it. The user should also be able to delete the current frame.

I have attached some rough ideas for how the program should look as well as an example of what i mean by "template".
