App for ipad/iphone voice recorder to FTP

Project Description:

the app will allow user to record many file file "audio memos".
record,pause button, delete etc...see audio memos

once finish recording you can upload to my company web site.

before sending you should login [free user and password can be created with safari link to my php web site]

choose a language of speech.

upload should be in divided part of xx minutes (assume for the moment 5 min) so many upload for a single file
file should be very efficient mp3/wav 1 chanel low rate (assume telephone call quality) and every file uploade will have this format file name

date_time[for ordering]_username_part_01
date_time[for ordering]_username_part_02

etc...

on every upload app should write data on mysql db on my server

user once press upload can choose to receive link to ftp site to download on his pc or ask for additional service [just few flag] that programmer should handle saving this request in a mysql server db.
