implement design into osCommerce storefront

Project Description:
I'm looking for a someone to develop a custom storefront using osCommerce.We can provide the graphics / layout... we just need the programming to make it work within the framework of osCommerce.
Please find the attached the design layout.
We want the the store front to look like the layout and when a user place cursor on the left brand logo it will display the products under it on right.
It is a very simple job who have good experience on osCommerce paltform and jquery.
I want to award this project in 1-2 days and the project winner should complete it within 3 days after winning.
