Project Description:

We need a one day three deal web site, something on a similar concept to www.woot.com / 1saleaday.com / shnoop.com etc. We require 3 deals together on same page with each product being a separate buy option.
Concept-
- simple animated design so far( cartoon drawing) that would categorize the 3 deals of the day. fire engine with flashing siren( animated lights to illustrate a hot deal on fire) cop car with flashing police siren( steal of the day). ambulance with flashing lights to illustrate (shock of the day).
***Would be much better if you can provide it with a template system so it will be easier to make any further changes as would be required in future.

Must Requirements-
I have shnoop.com in mind only difference being( table with 3 columns and 3 rows that separate the three deals
.*Top row of 3 column will have the product title for the day ( above this row we will place the animated designs (fire engine, police car, ambulance that will be permanent fixture
*Middle row will have product picture and description.info such as color,weight,materials,packaging,uses etc( aslo 1 main picture with 3-5 smaller thumbnails that enlarges with mouse over for a better product understanding)
*Third or the bottom row of the three columns will have the prices and how much percentage off compared to normal market prices (a price that is crossed out and new price listed with total percentage off or savings compared to othe stores)
*Shopping cart features should have automatic discounts applied for buyers who buy all the three deals together (buyers has the choice to buy just one or two or all three products together) More discounts or cheaper the final price gets when buyer puts all 3 products in shopping cart. Buyers receive discount in form of % off from total price from 10% to 50 % off or free shipping as decided before posting the deal. Buyer must buy all three or two to recieve discounts or free shipping.If he buys only one product more than once he does not get any discounts.(the idea is to sell one expensive deal and two cheaper deals but all 3 will be co-related to the deal. all three deal buyer gets discount, with two lesser % discount.With one deal buyer will not get any discount.)
*Another requirement when buyer hovers on the deals he get the discount percentage info in the form of mouseover (small pop up which shows discount % if he buys all 3 (it could be anywhere from 10% -50% to free shipping as decided before we list it) .
* A separate tab on top which takes you to yesterdays deal and one tab which takes you to tomorrow deal(example = 1saleaday.com)
Here is a list of main features required-
-1 main product and 2 complimentary or cheaper product related to the deal for the day.
- community with sub categories (created and managed in admin area) and sub-section ("items") with full stats features for each product
- Blog with categories (created and managed in admin area)
- Faq page (with user friendly menu)
- Info about past and future sale time period=1 day (tab for yesterdays sale /tommorow sale)
- FULL product STATS (with graphics, maps, hours, first/last buys etc. - countdown to deal ending (if it will not be sold before that time
- Advertisement boxes (and admin with options to alternate different advertisings based on clicks, time, pages, etc
- News page and news box
- Extra pages (terms, policy, etc.) created and managed in admin area (with the ability to add new pages, like in joomla)
- Box "discussions" (last community posts about the sold item)
- Tweeter box- facebook link etc - Blog box (last articles)
- modular paying platforms (paypal, amazon checkout etc. – with the ability to add new modules in future, like in oscommece
- shipping price features (country, weight, qt.)
Any further idea will be appreciated. if you provide full demo will be wonderful.
It must be based on PHP/MySQL and you must provide the whole code and user rights after completion of work.

I have received several messages from various bidders. As mentioned afore i would really appreciate if you provide a working link or a demo which are in someways related to my requirements. Also a break down of the various stages and steps as well as a specified time period will be of utmost importance. I am willing to work with the right team as soon as i see any work which has even the slightest resemblence to my idea and requirement.( please a strategy with time frame and cost involved will be of great value to my company.
