I am looking for a freelancer who would like to help me with my website.The website is www.topicrater.com. The website is already designed, as I have laid out the basic framework for the site.
Here is the task list:
>>> Optimize design. Eliminate bugs. Add features.
>>> Market it on Facebook. At least 1000 real human fans.
>>>Optimize a way to maximize revenue. Currently I am using Google Adsense.
>>>Optimize it for iPhone. Optimize it for accessibility rom any devices.
>>>Add seo friendly content.
The site should make at least 30 dollars after the start of the project.
I looking for somebody who is a pro, and well experienced. My budget is really low, but I can offer you long term partnership opportunities.
