    1. Outer Frame is smaller then the face. So extracted face needs to fit the frame.
    2. The file formats should be jpg which is quite standard. There are multitudes of open source image libraries are thee one example is imagelib.
    3. Yeah the picture needs to be captured at users request. Teh window shows the picture.
    4. MS Windows means 2000/XP we do not need 98 or ME support.

    What do you mean by the fixed face and outer frame sizes ? The outer frame is smaller than face frame. Is this a mistake ?

    What about the image file formats ? Using only BMP files would be quite good.
    Support for other files is a lot of work without third party libraries.

    What about digital camera support ? Using only AVI files is quite good. Does it means that program must play video in program window and then extract picture at user request ?

    Does MS Windows means 98/Me/NT/2000/XP ?
