Need floor plan drawn and made realistic exterior drawings

I need to have this home designed in auto cad and pdf formats, I would like to have a floor plan that is layed out close to what Ive attached with an exterior view of the attached photo somewhat closely,the home will be built in South Carolina, Im a building contractor by trade so please do the following when planning and doing design. [login to view URL] will be approx 4 ft off the ground for foundation elevation. 2.I would like pier construction if applicable per Summerville SC building codes,Im planning to put square lattice or slat boards between piers so please show in elevation drawings. 3.I would like the following plan pages 4 side elevation, floor plan for first and second story. [login to view URL] roof can be gable style with drainage towards front and rear of home,porches to have shed roofs,any areas sticking out on plan can also have shed roofs to match design. 5 I would like color model of home with white trim,olive green siding,and metal roof that is galvanized color. [login to view URL] foundation will have footings,piers if allowed, conventional framing lumber. 9.I would like the Living room,kitchen, and entry foyer to have 10 ft ceilings and prefer the rest of the home to have 9 foot ceilings,the foyer can be open in the front to a dormer up high, I would like the foyer to have a open feel with a open stairwell,the upstairs can be designed like picture and I prefer the rooms to be average size unless they need to go to the ends pf the home to look right with design,other wise they can be 11ft x 13ft or equivalent upstairs.
