we need develop and design site same as [login to view URL] Project Description: First: visitor or user they can post answer and budget or leave it blank. Second: teacher they can write price only and confirmation will come from poster (visitor or user). Third: visitor or user can choice between them and bay by Paypal or credit card. Finally the teacher will get money when the visitor or user confirm receive complete answer. Note: visitor will select when register as user or teacher multilanguage and system: rtl and ltr from admin control panel there is ability to manage teachers level and categories. the answer may be content video or audio. in front page we can browse all teacher and send direct request to be Coach (tutor) with attache curriculum.
