Medium Level PHP Programmer Needed

The website is pure php custom code. I'm looking for a medium level php developer for several tasks for my real estate website. My primary admin is advanced level php developer and I am looking for someone to handle some small tasks. I am also looking to build a new search function as well as update current search features and perform other small tasks. This will lead to more tasks and possibly a long term relationship. My main admin & I have worked together now for 8 years so I am looking for a trustworthy, dependable developer / programmer. Having someone with a good understanding of code and SEO would be a big plus. Please provide a bid for 10 hours of PHP / CSS / HTML work. Also please provide any references you can or projects you have worked on. If you're in Romania this would be a plus as my current programmer is in Romania. Thank you,
