I need a ghost writer for a book about effectiveness linking the personal and professional effectiveness and how they are liked . This would be for people who are looking at self-improvement helping people to discover that personal and professional effectiveness start with 4 key areas that will be expanded and reviewed in detail.
The book will ideally guide people to recognizing that personal responsibility for their overall effectiveness starts with the disciplines they put in place. Also looks at the role of what we do and what happens to us and what we attach meaning to.
Outline diagram approach will deal with a variety of subjects including the following:
Who you are and what you are inclined to do, strength and weaknesses ,system schedules self-awareness , belief, attitude ,goals dreams , technical expertise and specialization , interpersonal abilities empathy listening , leadership persuasion an influence just to name a few .
Ideally I want the book to be at least 250 pages and to include references to websites and resources where the reader can go for further information.
The target audience is small to medium enterprise business owner who want to grow or anyone who seeks out ways to change there current position in life but may lack the self-reflective skills to do so and a practical plan to make it happen.
There will be models developed and to develop together with some stories that produce analogies of life related to who we are and what we could become.
Candidates must be native English speakers (UK preferably, but USA, CAN, AUS will also be considered), and must have an excellent command of the English language including vocabulary, grammar, spelling and sentence structure.
I'm not sure what budget to set on this, as, from previous experience, quoted rates are all over the place. Just give me your best price. I'm looking for quality, and if the quality is good, I'm happy to pay for it.
Please provide samples of previous similar work.
