PHP script required for Joomla integration

Project Description:
I am in need of a php script which I can integrate into a joomla website (perhaps a joomla module?).The PHP script is basically a dynamic form which will send the information to a 3rd party (affiliate) website and then receive data back (XML)which needs to be displayed.
I have a list of the URL’s where post data from the form needs to be posted to generate an XML file which then needs to be parsed into a style sheet. This will be almost identical to http://conveyancing.financialservices.co.uk/Default.aspx but in PHP of course. I have all the field names required etc.
This will form a small part of a much bigger site so there is potential for lots of work for a good programmer in the future.

There are common variables to be passed for each of the comparison such as affiliate number, key etc… the list of
common variables will be available to you. You have the option to create an XML file on the affiliate server or return the results as
XML via server transfer. This option is controlled by the variable: return_xml.
