Complete design of a website for owners of vacation property to add and manage their property. The site will also allow the owner to manage the rentals. Open to using joomla as a CMS and the JOMRES component or Hot property and adding modifying it to meet our requirements. We are also open to starting new.

We want a site that functions like http://www.homeaway.com/ or the http://www.vrbo.com/

We are not wanting make a copy any of these sites for legal reasons. These sites are listed as a reference only to help understand the scope of our project.

properties in their area.
• Managers to be able to see how many times the featured advert has been viewed and
clicked.
Guests
• Ability to initiate email property enquiries to managers
• Ability to login and view their bookings and pay deposits / balances as required via
property gateway settings
Front end property listings
• Searchable by availability and guest numbers plus other geo options.
• Sortable by property name, town, region, stars etc.
Option to filter listing via ajax request by availability, guest numbers, state, region, development,
property type, number of bathroom and features and display properties on Google maps linked to
listing and filtered as above (not included in quote)
Front end property details
• Tabbed page displaying further information for selected property. Possibility to open page
in light box from listing page or on separate page.
• Enquiry form shown on details page for simple enquiry email to manager.
