I need an Expert SEO and/or good writer. Need to achieve first 4 positions in Google.com for 4 keywords. You can work on a important and great website that have already good positions on google.com.

General Request :
a) To be able to do theme links with pagerank and without pagerank.
b) You must be fluent in English (appreciated request)
c) Experience in spinning articles (appreciated request)

I need that my website ranks in first positions on Google :
(these are simple keyword).

Rome Hotels.
Hotels in Rome.
Rome Italy Hotels.
Rome cheap hotels.

The Budget is 750 $.
I need that website ranks in first position on Google.com

1st Phase :

I will pay the 25 percent when the website will be in the first 13 positions for all 4 Keywords for 10 consecutive days on google.com

YOU DON'T RECEIVE A USD IF YOU DON'T REACH THE FIRST 13 POSITIONS ON GOOLE.COM FOR ALL (I REPEAT ALL) 4 KEYWORDS.

2nd Phase:

I will pay other 50 percent with escrow.
My website will reach the first 5 positions for all 4 Keywords.
I will leave the 50 percent when the website will be in the first 5 positions for all 3 Keywords for 3 consecutive days on google.com

3rd Phase :

I will pay other 25 percent with escrow. I will leave the 25 percent when the website will be in the first 4 positions for ALL (I repeat ALL) 4 Keywords for 15 days. (and with almost 15 consecutive days) on google.com

Request :
a) I wish to have a report every days with almost 20 links ( THE 20 LINK CAN'T BE SIMPLE DIRECTORIES OR ARTICLES DIRECTORIES) before of the 13 00 GMT. If you don't send the report for 5 consecutive days or for more 8 days in a month without a valid reason, you must refuse the payment in Escrow).
b) I don't want links that damages the image of the my website.
c) You must be able to do theme links.

Please you show a sample report that you will send every day at me.
My budget is 750 Usd.

1) Send me an exact breakdown of the type of links you would be building. For example, 20 .edu, 100 article links and so on.
2) Send me your reporting format in an excel sheet.
