Hello,I am having a hard time getting my blog approved for any cpa networks. So what I would like done is a website created just to get approved by cpa networks. The cpa networks that I'd like to get into are
CX Digital Media (this one should be easier)
Hydra Networks
Neverblue
You should have past experience creating web sites and getting them approved by cpa networks.

It's vital that you call them via phone and speak to them.
Tell them you are just starting out but that you spend at least $50 dollars a day on adwords, that you make around 10 sales per month and receive around 100 hits a day to you money making website.
I have experience in creating websites for affiliate marketing companies (myself's include), but the websites themselves cannot guarantee your, some of the networks you mentioned are very niche oriented... for example NeverBlue will probably get you approved if you run game or dating offers. so just tell them what they want to hear.
