I need to create a webpage similar to:http://www.lapastilladela-y.com
Basically it is a blog with categories, a shoutbox, and some links with information...
An existing opensource script (CMS, BLOG, etc..) can be used, so basically what I need is someone with experience in customizing it (the functionality and the graphic design).
- All the graphic elements (mockup, buttons, etc) will be provided by me.
- The language of the webpage is spanish. All the text will be provided by me. If the webpage is using an existing script, then it will be helpful is the script contains a language package that includes spanish.
I need an estimate of the cost of the webpage. The webpage will be very similar to:
