I am looking for the design and development of a website. Please don't bid if you can't do both the design and the development.

Details:
- Professional design (something like:

- SEO friendly URLs (www.Website.com/category/name-of-web-page.html)
- generate meta tags and page title based on certain entries
- WYSIWYG editor for all pages
- Sitemap for google.
- Integration with paypal and google checkout
- Ability for advertiser to select category, create profile page and then pay for advertisement or use various coupon codes
- Ability for website visitor to search and view similar to the URL listed above.
- Admin to control filters found on left hand margin of page in the URL listed above, based on the category listed. Each category will have different items by which a search or filter can occur.
- admin to track and show advertisers (in their user panel) how many times their profile page was viewed and how many times someone clicked on the link to their website (javascript?) and how many times people sent them a message through the system
- Reports to show activities, bookings, payments, etc.
- Installation and configuration of Post Affiliate program (I will provide licensed copy)
- when in doubt, follow the structure of www dot care dot com, but there is no need to collect money from the website visitor and no need to restrict access to the website visitor - all is free and viewable to them. only the advertiser pays

Project requirements:
- Needs to be with MySQL database.
- Can be done in Ajax/Php.
- The entire project cost can be escrowed but no funds will be released until everything is 100% complete, tested and working. You can check my reviews/ratings here and on three other freelance websites. You will get paid IF everything works as agreed.
- All rights, software, code, etc. will remain mine and none can be displayed (as a portfolio item or for any other reason), distributed, licensed, sold, etc. to others.

Please bid appropriately both the time you expect for completion and the cost for completion. This job needs to be completed on time, with no mistakes and clean code.

Please post any project that you think is similar, explain why, indicate what the website was developed with (e.g. Php, ajax, etc.) and if possible, provide access to similar admin panel so I can judge the quality and structure of work.

I expect this project will cost between $1,500 to $2,000 and will take 4-6 weeks to complete (depending on how many people you have working on it). You may bid more or less, but I will consider the number of reviews, quality of reviews, size of projects, related projects and bid in deciding who will be awarded this project.

This would be an option for people to see advertisers (by category) near them.

Look through the whole site to understand the requirements. What I need is not the same, but similar.

Please be clear about the way you intend to develop this website. e.g. php only, ajax, other.

There are many bidders who only work with magento, oscommerce and virtuemart and this is not a project that I think can be built with those systems.
